I want to make a special mention of trainer and assessor Dawn Jecks. Dawn was very helpful throughout the course and worked in-between our busy schedule through our peak demand season, many times I changed training days last minute and she worked to assist. Dawn also adapted to train at either of our sites which made things much easier on us all. Credit is deserved where it is due and in my eyes she has performed an excellent job.
