Working in an analytical laboratory was always like a dream for me.
After having an 8 year career break, I decided to chase my dream. It was a big challenge for me to find a job after that long gap and with no local work experience. So, I decided to get enrolled in a Diploma of Laboratory Technology from LTT (Melbourne) to brush up my knowledge.
I liked the LTT course structure, with very specific units and sufficient practicals for hands on work experience. But above all, I liked my instructor (Dr. Vinita Chaudhary). She is very knowledgeable and the best at her work. She was always there to help us out with assignments, practicals and even job searching.
This course enabled me to secure a Laboratory Tester role at a food testing and consulting laboratory while I was studying. I would highly recommend this course because it provides the knowledge and skills required in actual laboratory workplaces.
