“I applied as soon as I left LTT and found a job within a month. I completed my placement with the same company I was employed by. I was employed with QML at the start of 2020 and started out just doing blood tests then we started doing COVID-19 swabs and I was on the front line for all of 2020.
Training at LTT taught me how to collect blood samples correctly and safely, how to use PPE, how to distinguish which tests go to which department and how to read a request form. I absolutely loved my time at LTT and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to look into the pathology field.”
