“I’m a mother of two boys aged 11 (who was autism) and 18 months. I live on the central coast and travelled 1.5 hours to get to LTT Sydney for the course. I had previously studied 2 years in nursing but had to stop due to my son’s disability. Before having my 18-month-old, I did previously work in aged care as a catering assistant and worked in my own kitchen within the dementia residency.
I was looking for a pathology course, and LTT had the most attractive course that suited my needs. I had a bit of trouble with the online training, but eventually got the hang of it. The training experience was great. My favourite part was meeting new people and the practical work.
I have gained employment with Australian Clinical Labs as a pathology collector. I’m focusing on my training with them. I’m performing collections, swabs, ECG monitoring, and holter monitors. I recommend LTT’s pathology collection course as its fast-paced course and efficient.”
