“I studied chemical engineering back home in Zimbabwe, but I was working in South Africa for the last 12 years. I moved to Australia two years ago but hadn’t been able to get a job using my qualification. I decided to do the MSL40118 Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques course at LTT.
I think training at LTT is the best decision I have made. I have learnt a lot and it has helped with my confidence. I have really enjoyed working and learning in the lab. Sahar is the best teacher; she is so kind. She makes everything seem easy. Our class was made up of so many different students with different backgrounds and skill levels, but Sahar was able to handle all of us. She is so patient and makes everyone feel comfortable.
I had a job interview this week and they told me “anyone trained by Sahar they trust.” So I start as a laboratory assistant next week! I am so grateful for Sahar and LTT, and my experience here.”
