LTT Alumni story: Nicola Bruce November 18, 2022 Sarah Knuckey “Two weeks after finishing the course in 2020, I received a call for a job! I’m now a full time collector. I’ve worked in COVID-19 drive thru clinics in multiple areas, and I’m hospital trained. I’m currently working in a hospital doing ward rounds and in an independent GP. I work mainly for cardiology specialists. My life has changed dramatically as I used to be a Woolworths manager for 16 years. I love my current job! I found the course really enjoyable and a lot of fun. I didn’t like school and had dropped out in year 10. So, to do this course it was very scary for me. Once I got started it was every educational and a good environment. I highly recommend LTT. I would love to be a Trainer one day, I’m good at collecting blood from people with difficult veins.” — Nicola Bruce, HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection alumni
