Science Education

State governments are now recognising the importance of formal training and recognition for our School Science Technicians. LTT has purpose-built laboratory training for Science Technicians and Assistants in the secondary and tertiary education sectors. These programs aim to develop and qualify Science Technicians in both public and private schools and university laboratories.

They have extremely important roles in managing the day-to-day running of science laboratories and the preparation of practical experiments. They can work autonomously or liaise closely with teaching staff in the areas of maintenance, laboratory safety, stock and instrumentation, as well as the scheduling of practical activities.
