This Skill Set is delivered by Labtech Training Victoria Pty Ltd (RTO 22545) and is designed for Victorian aged care, disability and individual support workers wanting to learn a range of health and hygiene skills that can be applied in their existing roles to assist with the infection control.

This nationally recognised Skill Set is online, self-paced and can be undertaken from home, at any time. The student tuition fees as published are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment.

• $400 - fee for service student tuition fee

This training takes less than 30 hours to complete and is a mix of online learning and assessment with a workplace observation report.

Students will have up to one month to complete their training.

Students will be required to undertake an eLearning module which includes online theory and assessment.

A third party report completed in the workplace that confirms the students ability to demonstrate the skills and knowledge acquired.

• Must be employed or volunteering, and have the ability to complete required assessment tasks in the workplace

• Physical capability to be able to meet the demands of the practical demonstration skills

• Candidates must have computer and internet access, basic computer literacy, and a good understanding of written and spoken English

• Have not previously completed a free infection control course
